Setting Td5 timing?
Has anyone setup the Td5 timing chain, on an engine that's out of a vehicle (and thus doesn't have a flywheel or gearbox bolted to it, so you can lock the crank in the correct place)

the cam is easy enough, drill bit through the hole to lock it, but the crank... i'm assuming that it's normally locked at TDC (or maybe some degrees before or after?)

Surely at the factory when they build them they don't assemble a box on? or do they, maybe they have a dummy bellhousing that they can offer up to give a timing pin hole to lock the flywheel??

I'm rebuilding one in the garage, currently sat on the engine frame.
