Seat Risers again
Having fitted seat risers and a 14 Momo wheel i can now stretch out with aplomb. But.......Im too high and get an ache in the thigh on long journey. They are Mudstuff riser the box section type. Is there a way to get the rail extention without the height. I only need around 30mm rearward movement 2004 110 CSW (Called Yoda)

In being so undecided on which risers to get, I went with the spacers under the rear seat bolts suggestion and have been so happy with it I'm not going to bother with dedicated risers at all.

As far as i am aware you there is a minimum height(approx 30mm) you have to raise the back of the seat runners to get past the lip that is present running across the truck floor stopping the seat from moving backwards ..You can use washers to overcome this or buy seat raisers..the box section raisers also raise the seat at the front..but the ones sold by Brenden which to me look like copies of the Australian Mulgo seat raisers are the best compromise IMHO you raise your hips at the back but only raise the knees at the front a little which gives you a better sitting angle /position with less stress on the muscles of the back( the pain in your thigh might be referred from your back).I am unsure what is the purpose of the metal lip on the floor of the truck behind the seats ,i assume its for strength but if its not(somebody on here will know)i wonder if you could cut or grind the lip down to allow the seats to slide back without raising the seat.
