I'd imagine that marketing budgets have to be spent, otherwise they will be cut for the next year...

That 1970's kids tv series about origami wasn't a waste of time [and paper] after all. Steve.
Owned numerous Land Rover vehicles of all shapes and sizes over the decades. Current Defender: A non tarts hand-bagged Puma 110 XS USW. [Insert something impressive here such as extensive list of previous Land Rovers or examples of your prestigeous and expensive items, trinkets, houses, bikes, vehicles etc] http://forums.lr4x4.com I used to be Miserable ...but now I'm ecstatic. |

I think it's the same guy:
"Lake District paper manufacturer James Cropper PLC supplied the packaging paper for the stunt, while British artist Steve Messam put together the structure that was capable of holding the four-wheel drive Land Rover vehicle. And it's not the first time Messam has used paper to create incredible structures. In 2015 he used 22,000 sheets of paper to build a working packhorse bridge in the Lake District. His other wacky creations include a Welsh timber-framed cottage using the fleece from 300 local sheep and an installation featuring 25,000 jats of coloured ink. However, he says the Range Rover was one of the toughest engineering feats he has faced." Now you can watch the video! http://www.getreading.co.uk/news/motoring/...r-10466703 |
