110 CSW storage setup
I'm looking for help. How does everyone store all their camping gear in the back of their defenders? I use a cargo net between the rear seats and the back to stop the dog from getting a chair hitting her when I break! I plan to take out the fold down 2 seats to give me more room. Because I'm not very organised its a chore to camp for only 1 night somewhere. If i was more organised it would be great to wild camp for a night then move on. How does other people store bags/boxes up the side without then failing all over the place? Should I fit cargo tracking along the roof liner? Has anyone done that.

As you can see I'm not looking for full expedition fit out, but something along those lines would be great!

Any help and pictures would be appreciated.

cheers

Richard

i store mine like this,, i dont carry too much stuff though and keep all my personal kit in my bergen in the front,, you just need to put everything in boxes that are easy to pull out onto the floor and then you can see what you are doing then lol,, i just stick to routine, tidiness and simplicity,, its the best way i recon Smile

I've put some drawers in the back of mine. My idea is that I can get to everything without unloading stuff that's on top of each other.

Things like chairs, bed rolls, water containers fit down the sides and the tent and table sit on top, lashed down to the cargo rails.

See build thread here http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic22453.html?highlight=drawer

I'm planning on selling them so let me know if you're interested.

Cheers
