Td5 12v socket/cigarette socket
Is this socket only live with the ignition on ?
I am thinking of using the power feed to feed a volt gauge.
Or is there a better connection to use other than this ? 1999 Defender TD5 110

That's a good start

I have wired in an additional socket from the 2nd battery - so the old wires are now surplus Smile 1999 Defender TD5 110

When I wired in my battery monitor I took a wire to a splitter switch straight from each battery, it is interesting that sometimes it differs on the main battery to the reading through the Nanocom.
