Green illumination for heater controls
Quick project for today was to remove the radio and extract the centre dash to change the heater illumination bulbs to green. Only took 45 minutes plus £3 on Ebay. I like it. Thumbs Up

That looks a neat job and the green light appears evenly diffused across the whole centre dash. Good value for £3

Mine was fitted with four clear bulbs, standard filament not LED, providing an off-white illumination for the heater controls. All of the other dash illumination for the binnacle, switches and radio is green on my model. This simple modification gives the appearance that the dash lighting was fitted with some thought! Thumbs Up

Don't get it..... It's now a different colour to the switches?? All the switches have a bulb for illumination, and then the 3/4 behind the heater controls but all the graphics are tinted green so why change? Andy

Graphics aren't tinted green on my Puma. You have a 2014 model, later than mine, so perhaps Land Rover noticed and changed the spec?

This is not something I have noticed in my puma, either they are already green or you have ruined my defender for me hahaha I'm sure I will notice tonight on route to work. 👍

Here's the standard bulbs in behind mine, you can see the green showing through the blower control knob...
