Just needs to be treated like a tatty 1993 model. Sounds like it was used unregistered in private land initially, but even so it should have gone on a K/L plate. I suppose if it was manufactured before March 93 and the DVLA confused 93 with 03 then it could have been issued the plate. Would be interested to know how.......

Don't think I'll be going anywhere near it. It's one of them ads where something just doesn't seem right. Obviously there might be nothing wrong with it and could be totally legit...

It's how they've managed it that I don't get, although like you say the DVLA could have got confused...
