Should be available from Brendan, easy to replace...just do one bolt at a time. You may need a 2nd person, unless you have long arms.

You can buy full sets of stainless steel bolts for the car.
Have a search on here and you should find the suppliers |

You can also simply replace any of those rusty bolts by new standard. The least risk for corrosive reaction between different metals. A simple search on here about door screws and bolts will give you some links as food for thought. And yes, they are easy to replace.

Good point Eric. It's well worth buying a tin of Duralac jointing compound (think that's what is described as!) which will stop dissimilar metal corrosion for a while.
