"The gift of a fleet of invaluable second-hand Land Rovers from the fire service has boosted the help Dartmoor rescue services can give to injured or lost people.
Four Dartmoor rescue group teams received five Land Rovers from the Devon and Somerset brigades surplus stock of motors on a wet and windy moorland day. There was also a sixth vehicle for the Exmoor rescue team." http://www.torquayheraldexpress.co.uk/Dart...ory.html#2 |

I think Devon and Cornwall 4x4 get involved with the off road training with the team, and am looking forward to seeing the new wagons on the moors Poppy - TDCI (Puma) 110XS 2.2 - Camper conversion - see the build here - https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic56530.html
Elgar -TDCI(Puma) 110XS Dormobile - now sold Devon & Cornwall 4x4 Response - DC126 |
