The difference between the two LR extended warranties is that the cheaper one lists the things is does cover, the more expensive one lists the things it doesn't cover!

With the leftovers of the 'goodwill' we had, there was only £90 to pay for ours - worth it for the risk of expensive bills.

Essentially my view is that it's a complete gamble. Saving up and having a good independent is valuable.
