1999 Defender 110 Td5 SW Caledonian Blue

Numbers on chassis (Not VIN numbers)

While doing some jobs the other week on the LR. I there are on the chassis some numbers (not VIN ones)
Found these on the drivers side chassis (RHD 110)

Any ideas of their meaning? There is another one as well but did not take a picture. Starts CH 1999 Defender TD5 110
