As far as I'm aware the Landy needs to be plugged into a Testbook and set up to a fob that way. Although I'm not 100% on that, it's what my local dealer said, but someone will be able to put you on the right track I'm sure.
((Slightly off topic but I didn't think there'd be any Td5's that far from Europe. Only other one I've heard of is a 110 that was driven to Mongolia and donated to a local charity! )) |

i can think of 2 options.
Option 1 Buy a Blackbox Soloutions Faultmate and TD5 software package and you can do all your own diagnostics and recode your security from the 10AS to the engine ecu. (Not body control as you were told ) Only discovery has a BCU. It also does live data and reprogramming of the 10AS and engine ecu, and is a fantastic tool for all your diagnostic needs. Option 2 Send me the engine ecu and for 150 quid+vat where applicable + postage ill remove the immobliser for ever and will start every time. This option does not make any 2-button-fobs work its ONLY to make the car run, and fobs are not needed for this but can be added later with diagnostic tools for central locking if fitted. Pete |
