Well, it passed its MOT with no advisories.

I poked around the rust on the cross member and surprisingly it was literally just a small hole, all solid around it and the ends of the chassis are solid too. Very strange. So I ground back/out the rusty part and filled it, then sprayed the cross member with Dinitrol Converust followed by a satin black.

After it was all dried I sprayed (more) Dinitrol Cavity Wax in the cross member and chassis rails and finished off with Dinitrol Underbody Wax on the outside.

Gave the whole car a polish with the machine polisher (mainly to get out the scratches from the green laning) and its looks pretty good.
