rear side window trim what am i missing???

Ok so today i finished converting back from a utility to a SW.
went to test fit trim and ended up scratching head

i can see i need the clips on the top which easily clip into top rail, but the bottom holes in the trim don't line up with anything!!
am i missing something off the body or the trim???

Just holes and nut inserts. Just drill holes and use long bolts and a nut on the inside of the body capping.
Looks good so far.
