Day 1, Mod one. Exmoor loc Box in Mondo Black.
5 minute job or would have been if I hadn't started in the dark and also read in the forum that the rear holes were taped over in Black nasty. Only thing I have to work out is where to store the Jack plate as its lost its space along side the bulkhead. Next to hard wire the Dash cam in. I will take permanent live off the Interior Light and take the earth of the other side of the switch, but not today as Commander in chief still not forgiven me for getting her to hold 10mil spanner in her dressing gown as I tightened rear underneath bolts. This is going to be a costly habit Click image to enlarge |

Lovely 90, looks in a mint condition - very good find and pretty colour.
"Mods will occur when wife not about:-)" Good to see a fellow owner to be facing a similar challenge! Hope to see mod pictures coming in |

She is in good condition. Landy not wife. When under doing up the cubby box I found chalk/ yellow green wax marks from build I presume. Never been off road looking at outriggers and rear cross. So rust protection imminent

Ok Six months ownership having had to change quickly from a Golf Mk5 GTI to a 90 due a back injury, I took the beast on a trip to Dublin. My first longish trip in a Landrover since taking a Mk3 Lightweight in a convoy to Wales in the 80's. What a change no more 45 mph I actually nearly touched 80 mph and it felt like the wheels where staying attached. Just fitted the LED Headlights and Wipac indic/sidelights and the Snowcowl arrived today. She still costs less to run than the GTI and makes me and my back smile with every journey. Looking forward to the Winter up here in the hills. Just glad I don't live back in Devon as the bank balance would be taking more hits. Next will be possibly a Safari Snorkel and maybe a bumper of some type when I can arrange a Ferry to go and visit D44 which is only five minutes from the parents. It would be a shame not to multitask
