Thanks all for the comments and suggestions, I can see this is going be a love hate relationship

I have it booked in for the windscreen caps.

The front bumper I am going to replace, remove the step, remove the tow bar and rear crossmember will be painted by Chris at CSK.

So in next couple of weeks she will be perfect

Going in Monday to the dealers so will see what they say. They have no problem with the corrosion claim but at the end of the day it's Land Rovers decision to warrant and pay for it.
