Peter I bought the wheels already painted.

Barney I think it is meant to look like a naked woman but not sure as it says Africa on it so could also be a play on continent outline? I just liked the design Whistle

According to the defendoor website, it's supposed to be a woman painted in zebra stripes.... I can see why you liked the design!
