DJ, front axle on two axle stands.

The nut on the offside controls the N/S wheel. Adjust it so that the N/S wheel just touches the radius arm, then back off a little bit.

On our red 110 we used to adjust it so that the tyres just touch the radius arm. Come MOT re adjust them. For last few MOT's have not bothered and no comment from MOT station. They know what is going on as there is a rub mark on radius arms where the waxoyl has been rubbed off

At low speed on full lock I can just hear tyres rubbing so ease off a little. Have had no problems with CV joints.

On the MOT thing, my MOT man says they cannot fail it for rubbing. There are a few manufacturers that rub fro the factory

Thanks for that Brendan, just got to get some axle stands from somewhere Razz sounds like even I could manage that.

Might have a word with cousin Gary (he who does the MOT for me) he's bound to have something that'll lift up the front.
