Silent Witness/Park Safe cam recorder SW010

Having difficulties with my SW010 cam recorder, which I use in the rear window. It appears that the internal Battery has failed after approx. 2 years of limited use. Dont seem to be getting any support/joy from the suppliers Silent Witness/Park Safe, even replacement suggestions etc. There seems to be no way that the device can be opened to replace the battery. This works out at over approx £75/year. Maybe a warning to others.
