Stupid question no doubt, but why are you sat there with no tyre on your rear wheel?

Pressures were let down for sand driving. The Mach5 rims dont have a very deep bead to hold the tyre on the rim. As a result the low pressures allow the tyre to move a bit and they deflate. If a few tight turns are required in these circumstances, occasionally the tyre will pop off the rim. The tyre was replaced with relative ease. 130's have feeling's as well you know

Im guessing on a side slope with a loaded roof-rack this could be quite a dangerous situation. Are those Mach 5 rims notorious for this problem or are they no worse than the normal LR boost alloys?

We pulled the car onto level ground then lifted it with an air jack, easy fix. They're 18" mach 5s, I think the tyre presure ran a little low on that wheel causing it to pop off . I've been in the dunes plenty of times with them at 12 PSI and never had one blow off the rim. The spawn of AndrewS
