Which speedo drive do i need?
Hi,
Replacing the gearbox in the next week or so and i thought it`d be good opportunity to sort the speedo out as it under reads by about 6mph at the mo!
I`ve looked online, but i have to admit, i`m a bit stumped by which cog i need =
There are these -
Colour: blue/20 teeth - Part number: FRC3310 - Tyres: 7.50/16 or 235/85/16
Colour: green/21 teeth - Part number: FRC3311
Colour: yellow/22 teeth - Part number: FRC3312 - Tyres: 205/16 tyres
Colour: red/24 teeth - Part number: FRC3313
I run a discovery transfer box, a 51A (mod) gearbox and 265/75/R16 tyres - can anyone give me a clue which cog i shoudl be running? My guess is that i currently have a disco speedo drive in the transfer box.

Blue, I think that's what I have in mine on 265/75R16.
Compare the circumference of 265/75R16 with 235/85R16 - virtually identical 1988 90 Td5 NAS soft top
