windscreen heater/vent
Guys I've had the clocks out today to see why my car wouldn't blow on to the windscreen on the drivers side.
I found a large hose connected to the part that blows on the screen and the bottom on a wonky angle.
I've fitted it straight over what appears to be a breather duct for the hot air and connected it to the plastic scoop that blows it onto the windscreen.
Success I have some air blowing onto the screen. Very Happy

But it still leaks at the bottom, should it be connected to something or inside the hole? It doesn't want to go in as it seems too big, it is also huge where it connects to the scoop part and had to be really tightened up to get any kind of fit

Do I have the correct parts in my landy or are they all like that?

Sounds about right. There's a "ribbed" hose that fits inside the rubber attachment to the heater box. LR could have made them a few mm longer so they fit easier; but they just barely fit. Certainly not air-tight by any means.

I've been meaning to tear that all apart and improve it; but it's fallen on the list of things I have to do to the deefer.
