MyWay Evolution 2 awning
Hi. Anyone using one of these?

http://www.mywayrooftents.co.uk/myway-roof...AWNING-17/

I'm after an awning for the rear of my Defender and like the way this has the option of dropping part down to create a wind break.

Can't seem to find out much information on them though - other than the limited amount on the MyWay web site.

Thanks.

Tony

Tony, do you use Facebook?

If you do, Paul from MyWay is a regular. Search MyWay Rooftents.

Good luck!

I am an occasional reluctant user of Farcebook Smile Have seen the MyWay page but not posed a question on there. I asked on their web page but, thus far, it has been ignored - obviously don't monitor their own emails!

I was hoping someone else was already a user and could recommend or otherwise as, other than way back when they attended shows, I haven't come across anyone that uses their products and have never seen an awning of theirs anywhere Sad

A friend of mine uses my way products and swears by them. I don't have any MyWay kit, but wouldn't hesitate to buy or recommend it. Hope that helps. MyWay is a 1 man operation, not a big company. Perhaps he is on holiday? Persevere if you can.

It would seem the Evo 2 awning is no longer available. MyWay have responded to my enquiry and only have stocks of Evo 1 and their manufacturer (in South Africa) has expressed no desire in continuing to produce these awnings as demand is so low Sad

MyWay are looking to source a new supplier using their new tent material - but can't offer any timescales.

Back to the drawing board....
