Have you checked the ac replay clicks when you switch it on/off ? Could be just reseating the relay or replacing If I remember correctly it's in the seatbox |

There is a resistor pack in the switch circuit which is known to cause issues.

Are you talking heater fan or condenser fan
Normally with faulty heater fan resister . You lose one speed then another but normally left with full speed only I would think maybe fan motor brushes as that will give you intermittent working . With fan turned off try giving the motor housing a thump as sometimes it will start working for a bit |
