shock absorber coil springs- need advice please which set?
hi Guys,

need some advice please- have got an 06 90 TD5, and i have put some SAW wheels on it, which look stunning, but now i feel that it does not grip the road much and is all over the place, i need to put shocks/springs so that it holds the road, especially going round the bends, dont paticularly want to lift it- but keep it same height or even lower it may be to get good road grip-all suggestions will be greatly appreciated

I have fitted Alive springs and Bilstien shocks on mine, together with a stiffer anti roll bar. It makes a massive difference to the handling. If you are pretty much doing road driving it's perfect. It is pretty harsh and you have to get tyre pressures right to get the ride correct.

Over rough ground you can definitely notice the stiffer suspension.

Not a cheap option when you add up all the parts.
