Radiator replacement

Just been involved in a minor smash...need new wing and headlight...whilst stripping down the front end..noticed radiator is full of debris..went to clear it and the rad turned to dust...so need to replace it.

Do all defenders have a fuel cooler..? is this job a biatch ? all previous motors radiator swop easy ..and this 'looks' straightforward...but then I thought getting the inner arches off was going to be straight forward!

If you have changed one any tips welcome .

PS Falmouth fire brigade...brilliant !

2007 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 DCPU Stornoway Grey

I replaced the radiator in my Puma last year and it was a doddle.

Its a TD5 03 always afraid of fuel lines!
