Oops Bought another one; MY12 Aintree 90HT
Went out today to have the Evoque servicing done, came home having bought another Defender.

Shiney Aintree Green HT, 2012 with under 6000 miles on her. Should be ready to collect tomorrow
unless the wiggly bits between the fins on the radiator hanging out turns out to be a new rad job
then it'll be Friday, Cant wait.

So the Old TD5 gets to retire to the barn for some deep TLC over the next few months, might
turn out more expensive than the new purchase. 3 Landrovers

We've been a bit like that with cars all the time we've been married to be honest, here she is.

Went out to test drive an EVO and a Subaru way back, didn't like the EVO but bought the Scooby
then on the way home passed a dealer an my wife said ooh that's nice turn round, so went back took
a SWB shogun for a test drive and signed the papers there and then.

Traded both in the same day a few years later at Mitsubishi after taking the Outlander for a test drive
(hmm it seemed more practical at the time) and bought a Colt as well to commute into Aberdeen in.

And her Evoque though we'd seen online pics we dropped in on the way out of town one day took the demo out
for a drive and when we got back to the dealers ordered one,

My TD 5 though impulse bought was down to where we live and the fact we hadn't been able to get a car down our
track and if we could have wouldn't have been able to get over the hills to the main road for 4 days due to the snow
so really more of a sod this 'need' a decent 4wd. 3 Landrovers

Thanks, weird thing is i'd likely not have chosen the colour if i'd been ordering one new, but In the flesh sat there
we both thought it looked great, If I remember right Kens Bowler is Aintree and always thought that looked V nice Very Happy

Not sure about the silver CP on the wings and sills mind you, but that's not a terminal problem. 3 Landrovers
