2014 Defender 90 Puma 2.2 SW Montalcino Red
There is one of those spider-web graph thingy's in the current Defender brochure that is useful.

It rates the OE MTR as 6/10 for noise as opposed to 10/10 for the OE Continentals. Though I think they really mean "quietness", not "noise" and they don't have any rating for "looks the goods". Whistle That's not a dent, it's a rivet. That's not a dent, it's a rivet. That's not ... oh! That is a dent!

United Kingdom 2009 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 XS CSW Zambezi Silver
I have Them on my 110, really like the way it looks and handles, however they are a bit noisy over 50. But overall I really like them. However I used a works 90 for a 250 mile trip yesterday and it has the all terrain tyre, they where noticeably quieter and I'd say more comfortable.

My Landmark is coming with MT/R's and after yesterday I'm considering swapping the tyres out, but probably won't.

Exactly my dilemma. My 110 has continental AT and I find them a good all purpose tyre. My heritage I'll come with MT which, like my 110, will do a bit of everything, including motorway work.
