I'm about to order a Dinitrol kit and do the complete underside of my 110. Still trying to decide if I should purchase the aerosol kit, or the litre kit. No issues with having to use a compressor, as I will be doing this in a shop with a lift hoist, and the compressor is right there..
Could anyone pass along any experiences with either option? Cost wise, it looks like you actually get more with the litre kit for the same £. |

Both are equally good, I used Aerosol.
No complaints what so ever. ![]() |

No experience with the litre kit as I used aerosol also. The small aerosol cans do seem to let you get into the more fiddly areas under the bodywork where perhaps the compressor pipe and gun etc are probably cumbersome. Especially if you have side steps and other guards bolted on.
You also don't have to clean all the equipment once finished. Empty can, throw in bin, job done! |

I used the Dinitrol kit and a compressor. Simply jacked up each end of the truck alternately and safely worked on it that way. Not a difficult job although mine was new so was already clean. Very pleased with the results. Go for it.

Safest way is to by a few disposable overalls, the type that has an intergral hood, a box of nitrile gloves, goggles, nose & mouth mask and wear old boots. Hot yes but it saves getting plastered in the product. Steve.

Having never undersealed a 90 before where are the particularly important areas to cover that aren't immediately obvious like chassis rails etc?
Is there anything else I need to look out for while doing this (besides the PPE stuff and keeping the pillows clean! ![]() Appreciate all your advice! |
