RRC/Disco 300Tdi auto into a 90 advice please

Hi folks.
I v a 300Tdi auto in my 1994 range rover. I want to put it in to my 1990 land rover 90 that currently has a 200Tdi and LT77 box.
has any one done this convertion and what are the issues that would need addressed. I know I will need engine mounts but will I need to alter body work , bulkheads or sestboxes.
