intercooler hose replacement
Quick query, is there a trick to replacing the turbo to intercooler rubber hose without removing the intercooler.from.the car? The s bend shaped one that connects to the intercooler itself?

Had a look at mine and its been rubbing on the top hose of the radiator and nearly worn a hole through but there is absolutely no access to get at the jubilee clip that clamps the hose to the intercooler. Not sure if I'm missing something obvious? It seems to be buried down between the headlight box and radiator...

I understand that this is a common problem in that the head of the jubilee clip is turned towards the headlight box. I must have been lucky when I did mine as the jubilee clip was easily accessible. Can you maybe get a padsaw onto the clip and cut it off?

Yeh that's exactly it. Just wanted to be sure there wasn't an obvious way of doing it before I spend hours fiddling with it! Might be able to get some long grips on the jubilee.... Thanks for the reply!

Just wondering, would it be easier to try to access from the front after removing the grille? Not near mine at the moment to check.
