defender 90td5 cut out on rough on idle and slow starting

I have a 2004 90 td5 and it cut out on the road failed to restart so changed fuel filter and bled system no difference found oil in loom so cleaned all plugs etc eventually got it started with jump leads and runs OK above 1100rpm but runs rough and cuts out at idle error codes are high speed crank synchronization fault and noisy crank signal fuel pressure is OK @ 4 bar any help much appreciated thanks
