rpm and temp gauge stay locked when turning off
Due to the rebuild and some bad weather I had some water dripping on the dash.
Now we noticed that door light and clock are no longer working (didn't search for the fuse yet), but also that when switching of the engine, the temp, fuel and rpm meter are staying in there position until switching on again.
Also the day counter is resetted every switch-on.

My guess is there is still some moist in the dash, but could there be an other source of this phenomena? 28/02 - Loss of a good friend...

just something to consider - the day counter (odometer) resets to 0.0 when the battery is disconnected.
could it be the fuse that provides the constant feed is blown.

sorry no idea about the gauges tho ?

do you by any chance have a scangauge or anything similar plugged into the OBDII - or so try disconnecting it.

ah ok, that's one down.
I'll try to change the fuse first then, look further.

Nothing plugged in to the ODBII.

thx! 28/02 - Loss of a good friend...

It was indeed the fuse causing all this.
