Roof tent ladder

hi . sorry if its in the wrong place

i have purchased a roof tent and its not got the proper ladder for it . anybody know i go about getting a ladder for it
its made by prime tech ...thnaks

2012 Defender 110 Puma 2.2 X-Tech LE Orkney Grey

Brought a replacement roof tent cover from them when I had my prime Tech.

No issues with purchase or delivery, was very impressed
