Started on the north east and followed the Spanish border, cut across at Evora to the Atlantic coast and drove down to Sagres mostly off road. Drove back up to Monchique then drove on road back via Lisbon and Porto , we'll definitely be back .

I did that last Christmas but didn't do much offroad.
If you have the chance of going at the end of may they have a big land rover meeting in the north. It is called Rattes billing. it is a weekend of camping offroading and barbecues. It should be nice. Best time to go is in the spring or autumn, in the summer your not allowed to offroad because of the wild fires. Fabio |
