Cheers Greggster
Just need to be a little more slick putting up it took over an hr by the time we put all the side panels in, I suppose that's what you get in England with the unpredictable weather. Intend to go abroad next year so won't need all the sides for the foxwing so would like to think it will take half the time |

mines about 20mins to get foxwing and all tapered sides on if it all goes to plan. first few times took alot longer. currently looking to get a smaller door panel to go on the drivers side to cut out that draft! Cheers

I ballsed up tensioning everything, everything seemed all out of shape so I tried raising the poles with no success then re pegged all the ground points again no success then realised the guide ropes on top of the foxwing poles were tensioned Ah well learn by your mistakes so they say |

Very nice set up, you should try a couple of miles further into the valley and camp, better site and closer to the boozers...

That was the first run out national trust site + 5 wainwright s in a day that we are chipping away at. Not so good that you can't take the motor on the grass though we just live over in the next valley at Eskdale, with so much walking and scrambling so close by its so hard to drag ourselves away after a week at work. If that makes sense |

Wouldn't have the lakes without all the rain
Although having a bit of a cricket match today at the pub ( the bower house) v the local eskdale cricket team it was like bloody winter never mind summer solstice |

Not eaten there but the food looked good, sampled quite a few beers after a hard slog on the fells though!
Doesn't look like we're getting a summer up here this year |
