When driving tonight I dipped the headlights for an oncoming lorry and the headlights totally went out
Pushing the stalk forwards again put main beam back on. When I dipped the lights again - they went out again so I turned them off and back on again then the dipped beam worked. The rest of the way home I used the flash position for main beam and when dipping the headlights from that position all worked normally. My first thought was the main headlight switch but I replaced that just before I changed to led headlights and all has been working normally so I'm a little stumped. Are there any relays in the standard system other than the dim dip one? 2002 90 Td5 Station Wagon 1990 Vogue SE Triumph Tiger Explorer 1200 Td5 90 Thread http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic50767.html Tdi 110 Thread https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic69562.html RRC Thread http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic54492.html Instagram http://www.instagram.com/george_grafton |

Hi Grafty, it could be the light switch.... but it also could be the indicator stalk, take a look at this post, if you can't find it and need another Td5 to compare to or need another light switch then let me know, I'm nr Bradworthy
