I have a set of 4 steel rolled edged Mach 5s 15" X 10" These are version 2 when Matt Lee Engineering went back into Mach 5 production (pre flared redesigned centres) and a 5th unused spare which I could not get in 15" so went for a 16" also shod with a Cooper Discoverer with the same rolling radius as the 15". The spare has a different edge.
 Click image to enlarge When Fitted.... Click image to enlarge They are shod with Cooper Discover STT 32" X 11.5" and have 10mm tread remaining. These wheels came off my Defender recently have been meticulously cleaned and the weights removed as it would have been my intention to fit balancing beads if they were to go back on. These wheels are in excellent condition and are as rare as hen's teeth. £900 cash on collection or bacs, delivery/courier at your cost. I would not consider selling without the tyres or splitting apart from retaining the spare. I have replaced these wheels for another set of Mach 5s 16" X 8." The spare only has the same rim edge as depicted below (the spare is also black in colour not blue). The remaining four are matching as per first picture. Thanks....Was wrestling with my conscience but with mileage I cover and the recent set I fitted I cannot justify retaining them really. I couldn't find another set for sale on internet.

i too have recently purchased some different rims.
i know the feeling Malc, you don't want to sell them on but they'll be sat in the garage forever more. GLWS, do love a mach 5 |

Thanks......Got the same conundrum with a 1995 Triumph Daytona 900 sat in there too. Less than 17k miles, not done much about it but maybe time to shift that on too. Got a garage full of stuff I want to hang onto but need space and it is 'dead money' really. Bit like one of the hoarders you see on the telly.

Just a final post to say Big Dave of MD Couriers was the chosen 'weapon of choice' to transport the wheels from Dorset to Kent. This was done due to recommendations on the forum.
info@md-couriers.co.uk The wheels were collected shortly after 5pm yesterday and I received a 'pm' from the purchaser to say he has received them already this morning. Now that in my book is damn good service and very, very quick!  Thanks Dave if you read this! If you go through life with your head in the sand....all people will see is an ar5e!!
