I've got a pair lurking about so I don't want them, but also agree they're pretty useless! I found they just tended to 'smear' the screen rather than wipe it completely clear, especially so in cold weather I think they also had greater friction on the screen and knackered a wheel box out. Pete

i bought a set of these long ago to fit after the rebuild. after reading this i'm not so sure i'll bother. usually mudstuff sells really good gear DON'T PANIC

My first pair of Silblades were excellent and lasted about 5 years - very impressed with their water clearing ability
Replacement pair were rubbish and have been replaced by Bosch Aeros after about 6 months They must have changed to a poorer silicon compound |

I fitted a set when I rebuilt the 110 3 years back . To be fair they have been pretty good. They are starting to be annoying in light rain but still work really well in heavy rain
