Contact Chris at Boab on 01 451 821 305 he sometimes has new takeoffs. Last time I was there he had a take off front runner rack.
They can be expensive to ship around the country so try to buy 'reasonably' local so that any saving is not swallowed up by fuel costs collecting it. Brendan |

Dear Richie,
I have an LR 110 Expedition rack plus ladder that I'm looking to sell. It was on the vehicle when I bought it some 4.5 years ago. I suspect it was fitted from new as my 110 was originally an LR owned vehicle. So all in, my best guess is it's around ten years old. Now the bad news... it's not in great nick! Realistically, it needs shot blasting, galvanising and then a powder coat or paint. The original powder coat has blown in a good few places. In addition to that, having not had the forethought to remove the bolts and grease them when I bought the vehicle, whilst removing the brackets I ended up rounding off two of the allen bolts and despite various efforts with torx heads, slotting it, heat, plug gas, bolt extractors, etc etc, I got angry and adopted the 'die you f&cker' approach and ground off the heads ... so, you've two siezed studs to address too.. I can't be arsed with them any more. From what I can work out, these retail new at about £850-900 excluding the ladder. In light of the age and condition, I'm targeting a £200 ball park but there's a bit of room if you can collect promptly and indeed if the masses on here think I'm over egging it. If I'm under selling it then so be it. Currently sat loose on top of my 110, so happy to share the burden of removing it off mine and fitting it back on to yours. I'm in Buckinghamshire, some 20 mins from Jn 9 of the M40, so not too bad travelling wise for you. Piccies below, hopefully you'll see and appreciate it needs some work.... Can take more pics if you interested.
