Would be delighted to buy you a pint or two if you will be near the Portlaoise area (midlands). Unfortunately will not be able to stray too far from home as SWMBO will be in Oz from 13th to 29th and I have to mind the dog. Will PM coordinates nearer the time if you can make it.

Probably I also will be in Ireland in October, but nothing have been planed yet...
It is a good period to came there or we will stay all the days under the rain?? Dublin will be the major place we will stay, also because we want to visit Guinness storehouse!! I'm thinking to come with my 110 and sleep in the Maggiolina, are there camping or area where you can stay in the night? Matteo Defender 110 Td4 SE MY 09 |

Anytime of the year is ok. October could be sunny/warm/wet/windy/cool! Not trying to put you off it's just our changeable Irish weather. If you are staying in the Dublin area there is a good camp site about 5km south of the city centre with great bus/Luas light rail links into town to save you the hassle of driving and parking. It also gives you the chance to sink a few pints without having to be concernrd with the boys in blue!

I am now in Ireland!!!
I am staying at the Portmarnock hotel (the golfing one) I have my ticked reserved for the Guiness Storehouse I CAN'T WAIT. I will be heading to Rosslare on Monday and will have about 6 hours spare if any of you Irish members are free for a cuppa or a couple of lanes (if there are any ) Glyn |
