hi guys been out today and car did what I can only describe as a hic uo any one else had this it did once and was fine rest of way to wetherby and back home about 30 miles later

Andy, I've noticed something similar recently. Started a few weeks back, 3rd gear gentle throttle pulling from about 20-30 mph. Thought it was just me. Since then it's become a bit more regular, but no signs of any warning lights.

Been letting it develop but must mention it to the dealer 2007 - Stornoway Grey 90 XS SW - Gone
2002 - Black Discovery II - Gone
2014 - Montalcino Red 110 XS SW

Pete from BAS mentioned a throttle characteristic/glitch in a thread quite a while ago.

If it is the same issue you can replicate by partially lifting off the throttle (not fully) & then reapplying the throttle.
When you are aware of it, it is easy to just fully release the throttle before reapplying it. Most easy to replicate in 3rd gear I've found.
