Fuel filler neck rubber seal installation
May be I'm the last one who know about it, but like to share if anyone going to install this rubber seal (2003 TD5)....
it was a mother to put on, untill I meet a mechanic who gave me a hand...
actually the fuel hose can pull down, then insert the rubber seal in place, then put back the fuel hose between the seal, but 2 person can do it easier!
The last owner put some nasty black stuff around the crack rubber seal, to replace a new one doesn't cost much but time and a beer! Twisted Evil

Easiest way is undo the filler hose jubilee clip and remove the filler neck. Replace the rubber seal, spray the new seal and the neck with silicon lubricant like wd40, slide the neck into new seal and reconnect hose.
