2.2 DPF back straight through question

Hi,

I'm thinking of putting a straight through middle box and rear box on my defender but want to know if I will hear a difference on not?, I did this on my D2 TD5 and the sound was great but as we all know we have these crap things called dpf and not allowed to take the cat off now so not sure if it would just be a waste of time and money?

If anyone has done it and has a sound clip/vid I would be great full if you would share it with me to help me make up my mind and also heard if I had a induction kit I would hear the Vader sound of the waste gate chatter is This correct or would that just mess everything up without a remap?
