Drivetrain suppliers
Ok i have been educated thay quaife is king. And there are a few princes to speak off.

I want to rebuild my transfer case and gearbox. They have 300,000km and i am upgrading the power to double stock.

My options are Ashcroft, and Syncro gearbox.

I have to get the parts as shippin the units are expensive.

The quaife transfer case lsd is 855gbp while the ashcroft is 345. Syncro have their own but i dont know any details.

I obviously want to upgrade the weak points of my drivetrain, but not breakin the bank as well.

Who has options i may reveiw for my rebuild?

These are my thoughts thus far.

I lost on core charges for to ship my units back will cost more the the core charge.

I am goin to go with Syncro gearboxes for i may get the restored gearbox, oil cooler and restored transfer case at a reasonable price, and i will also order in a trutrac ATB style rear diff from the states. This way my investment isnt going to put me in the ground and i get moving quickly again.

Dont get me wrong Ashcroft is a great company as well, but when you look at it, the price was the deciding factor here.
