That's terrible - they're great for slip-streaming! One that started out as a 2.4 TDCi 110 XS + New Defender 110 First Edition |

Over the last 20 years me and Mrs Froogle have visited the far-flung Scottish Highlands in many different vehicles. Without doubt the best vehicle we have ever used is the 90 TD5 that we had a few years ago. Not only was it great fun but the vehicle let us get to places that no one else could get to. The highlight has to be when we waded into a Loch near Lochinver with water up to the rock sliders and sat there and had a picnic and a flask of tea for over an hour. (Mrs Froogle still talks about that today) Why did we drive into the Loch??........ Because we could !!! IMHO a defender is the ideal car for touring I have missed the defender so much that I am chopping the RRS in right now and have a Puma 110 on order. |
