Douglas Stafford

Hi All,

I've received an email from Douglas Stafford re; a mystery shopper coming with me when I next get my LR serviced and after them reviewing the paperwork and me filling in a questionaire they'll send me a cheque for £100

This is a question for LR customer service and fellow LR owners.

Are Douglas Stafford a bonefide Co working for JLR ??
Have any of you you had dealings with Douglas Stafford and how was the experience and ultimately did you get your cheque ??

I can't vouch for Douglas Stafford as I don't know the name but I have had a mystery shopper with me on one of my previous service visits to a dealership. Fairly straight forward process, you meet the shopper before entering the dealership together, they covertly record the visit then you leave and answer some questions about your experience of the visit. Cheque will follow in the post.

Yes, mystery shops 3 times a month by phone, email and in person!
