My perfick model for a long term keeper too Luke... Still lust after an identical model for myself, but blowed if I can find anything like it (at an affordable price!)... I only ever sold one Land Rover and regretted that ever since.
I don't intend selling anymore. 110 - bought new in 2011. Thought you had taken the plunge on a Heritage model..? I am sure someone would take your arm off if you sold Mamba, it is a lovely 90. 1970 Series 2A 88" |

She is my first Defender, was nicknamed 'Fluffy' by my friends and is now my mistress (by wifely approval - who bought the plate for our wedding anniversary btw).
She gets used for the daily commute, as a support vehicle for charity events, and as much green laning as time allows. Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge |

Thank you for the compliment! No I'm not a professional photographer - just a lifelong enthusiast. That particular photo was taken on my iphone. I'm amazed at the quality you can get from phone photos these days. Admin note: this post has had its images recovered from a money grabbing photo hosting site and reinstated |

Haven't put "Gracie" up yet, but I will.
Some really nice images here, what a great thread by appreciative owners, but hey, some of you guys haven't got a garage for your "keeper"? GOTTA have a garage IMHO, for you guys to keep out the snow, frost & rain. For us, to keep it out of the scorching sun, & dust etc. If Gracie was left out in bad weather, I'd be tearing my hair out! But seriously, I reckon it's a lot easier to look after your keeper if she's under cover when not being used? Pickles. |

Will keep this One Ten HCPU and will only add another in the future. I would love the Heritage; but is it available in Continental Europe?
