my previous Defenders
Bought the first one in 2002 when kids were young and had lots of space in the back (and on top) - holidays in Ardennes

Kids & dog needed more space so bought my first 110 - here on the way to Norway for summer Holidays, we could take all our stuff including a 5 meter boat & engine, everything packed on the roof

and after selling the 110 we bought the next one within a year, again on holiday to Norway & Sweden

sold the 110 because my eldest son is 16 years old now and 200 cm high.... he had no room for his legs, tried to strap him on
the roofrack but he kept complaining Shocked so after 2 years without Defender i convinced my wife we really need one and since the kids have their own life most of the time we decided a 90 is big enough for us + the dog.... so we bought the orange one...

Like the story, evolved nicely, and proves that once you go Defender no way turning back Very Happy great cars on those pictures and happy family. M favourite is the blue 110, always wanted one myself in that colour as a family car!

Hi Acuss01 - on all previous Defenders i chose for Hannibal roof racks; quality is superb, easy to strap boxes and cases
on them and can take lots of weight, easy to install and .... also important for me, looks are Thumbs Up

Haha, one sees what one's longing for...anyway, great cars you have had so far. I'm new to the Defender clan and hope the one I just bought will be a great family car, such as yours seem to have been.

Thumbs Up Thumbs Up the 110's were indeed great family cars, especially the kids in my sons football team loved them; every away game - when parents are 'taxi-drivers' - 11 young boys gathered around the Defender quarreling who could go with us, we could only take 7 .......leaving the rest Big Cry Duct tape is The Force; is has a light side, a dark side and it holds the universe together.

Nice defenders and history. I love the Dutch orange one as well, very patriotic Smile Do you recommend Sweden and Norway for a long camping/walking trip? We normally go down to the Alps or Italy but I fancy something a bit different this summer.
