I like that idea and think it is a good one, however I am not sure I would place it on my windscreen, though I would be happy to affix it somewher on the dash. For those who like Welsh Mountains and narrow boats have a look at my videos and photos at..

Good idea as a stop gap but I think they should have a chip on your plastic licence with contact details NOK, pet details etc. Then only be read by emergency services. Just a thought.

When its folder no details are on show from outside or inside the car, chip on driving licence is ok but who actually carries them now days , it's like the I.C.E on mobile phones great idea but the ones I have come across always have their phones locked !
